The service

BlindSpot Barometer provides a marketplace through which you can discover and purchase assessments. The assessments themselves are created and delivered by third-party providers, who are responsible for their content, scoring and any results they produce.

Purchases and access

All purchases are one-time transactions. Access to a purchased assessment is granted once payment has been confirmed with our payment provider and remains available in your account.

Where an assessment must be prepared for you specifically, access is released once the preparation is complete.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.

Access granted to your account is for your use. Enterprise customers may assign eligible assessments to named recipients through the sharing features provided, subject to the allocation included in their purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access assessments you have not purchased, share access credentials, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Changes to the catalogue

Assessments and bundles may be added, changed or withdrawn from sale. Changes to the catalogue do not affect assessments you have already purchased.
