Before you buy
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Standard assessments, Pro bundles and Enterprise bundles are all one-time purchases. Nothing renews and nothing expires.
- When do I get access?
- As soon as your payment is confirmed with Paystack. We verify that with the payment provider directly rather than trusting the page your browser lands on, which is why access sometimes appears a few seconds after you return.
- What is in a bundle?
- Every bundle lists its assessments in full before you buy. Buying a bundle unlocks each of them individually, and later changes to that bundle never affect what you already own.
- Some assessments say they are prepared for me. What does that mean?
- A few assessments are set up for your specific situation or organisation before you can start them. After purchase we ask for the details the preparing team needs, then let you know as soon as it is ready.
- Can I share an assessment with my team?
- Enterprise bundles include an allocation that lets you assign eligible assessments to named people. Each person receives their own access, and you can withdraw it later.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Nothing is charged and no access is granted. Your cart stays as it was so you can try again.
