Failed and incomplete payments
If a payment does not complete, nothing is charged and no access is granted. Your cart remains as it was so you can try again.
Requesting a refund
Contact support with your order reference. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account whether the assessment has been started and, for prepared assessments, how far preparation has progressed.
Bundles
A bundle is refunded as a whole rather than assessment by assessment, since it is sold as a single product at a single price.
Enterprise assignments
Where assessments from a refunded Enterprise bundle have been assigned to recipients, those assignments are withdrawn as part of the refund.
